OUR STORY

Here at Value Wireless, we are proud of our journey and success which has been etched by hard work, determination, and perseverance.  Starting with just one store in 2013 to currently 30 locations all over Maryland (and still growing fast!), our executive team still remembers what it was like to serve on the sales floor and “keep the back of the house as clean as the front,” while making sure to greet every customer with a smile. From serving as the first sales representatives to growing the business to where it is today, we never forget our roots while also always looking ahead to see where we can go!

The secret to our success has been an obsessive focus on three integral components: our telecom partners, our employees, and our customers. We try to support all three as much as is humanly possible in order to maximize our chances of success. As far as our telecom partners are concerned, such as Boost Mobile, our company strives to comply with their policies while ensuring that the partners reach their sales goals. We use our drive, work ethic, and discipline to ALWAYS put our telecom partners in a position to win. We have earned a strong and trustworthy relationship with various cellular carriers, which has yielded many exclusive dealer opportunities over the years. For our employees, we are an exceptional employer that trains extensively and creates an environment in which they feel happy and ready for success. We train our team members to be better salespeople, have better knowledge of in-store products, to improve their customer service, and to work with the utmost integrity. For our customers, our stores are an extremely hospitable place where we make sure they receive best-in-class customer service.
